Internationally renowned endometriosis specialist, Dr Konstantinos Kyriakopoulos is a consultant gynaecologist, with advanced training in laparoscopy. Dr Kyriakopoulos is also amongst icarebetter video-vetted excision specialists, after passing the blind review process.

European Fellow in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Following a series of successful exams, Dr Kyriakopoulos has become a fellow of the European Society in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, the highest title at the European level.

Dr Kyriakopoulos is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists after successfully passing the requirements of the American College of Obstetricians & Gynecologists.
Master of Science in Reproductive Medicine
Dr Kyriakopoulos holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Reproductive Medicine, from Kapodestrian University/School of Medicine, Athens, Greece.
Medical Doctor in Obstetrics and Gynecology
Dr Kyriakopoulos graduated from the Military School of Combat Support Officers, Thessaloniki, and the School of Medicine, Aristotle’s University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
Minimally Invasive Gynaecologic Surgeon
Dr Kyriakopoulos was conferred the title of Minimal Invasive Gynecological Surgeon by the European Society of Gynaecologic Endoscopy-ESGE.

He holds a Phd degree from faculty of Medicine, Kapodestrian University of Athens, Greece.
Endometriosis specialist in Greece
He graduated from Greece top medical and military schools as a gynaecologist. As an military doctor he served in the Greek Army in Kosovo, Nato base and German-Greek-French EOD team, as senior medical officer. The introduction to endometriosis patients’ world, was a stepping stone in his decision to dedicate his career mainly to endometriosis. Once back home from the UK where he was working alongside international experts, he set-up an multidisciplinary endometriosis centre that uses complete excision and treated patients from all over the world.
Endometriosis formation
His formation in endometriosis diagnosis and treatment took place in one of the busiest endometriosis centres in the UK. As part of a multidisciplinary team, Dr Kyriakopoulos learnt the importance of correct surgical treatment for endometriosis and how to safely approach the most complex conditions. In the UK he also learnt the importance of informed consent and allowing patients to decide how they wish to proceed.
Endometriosis experience
Dr Kyriakopolous has performed a large number of complex laparoscopic procedures for difficult endometriosis cases, acquiring valuable experience in the field of endometriosis excision surgery. As one of the few endometriosis specialists that perform excision only, Dr Kyriakopoulos brings his own approach to patients with his kindness, empathy and, of course, expertise and dedication.
Neuropelveogy Certification Level 2
The International Society of Neuropelveology certification is offered to fully trained endoscopists, wishing to undertake further training in highly specialised endoscopic techniques in neuropelveology.
Dr Kyriakopoulos holds the ISON Lv. 2 diploma in Neuropelveology as a result of successful completion of training under the guidance of Prof. Marc Possover who is also the founder of this subspecialty. Dr Kyriakopoulos is the only Greek gynaecologist and amongst the few in the world who hold this subspecialty title. Neuropelveology deals with the diagnosis and treatment of conditions (like endometriosis) where specific nerves are involved (for example the sciatic nerve).
